Shopify Hardware Promotion

The Shopify Hardware Promotion (the “Promotion”) allows you to earn a one time promotional credit of up to the Credit Amount (as defined below) towards your first eligible hardware purchase on the Shopify Hardware Store, when you meet the criteria below.

To participate, you agree to these terms, which become part of the Shopify Merchant Terms of Service (the “Shopify TOS”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here follow their definitions in the Shopify TOS.

How to Earn the Hardware Credit

• You may earn the Hardware Credit if: (a) you are located in Switzerland, Luxembourg or the Czech Republic (each an “Eligible Country”), (b) you are subscribed to Shopify POS Pro for your retail stores, (c) and the Store is in compliance with the Shopify TOS (altogether, the “Earning Criteria”).
• You must make a purchase with Eligible Hardware by September 5, 2025.
• You must successfully meet the Earning Criteria while the Promotion is active.
• The Hardware Credit is for one-time use only and will only be issued once for an order from one Store that meets the Earning Criteria per Shopify User account (an “Eligible Store”). The Hardware Credit will be applied to your first eligible order and will be issued to your account by September 30, 2025.

Hardware Credit

• Credit Amount: Each Eligible Store can earn a credit of up to the applicable amounts listed in the table below (the “Credit Amount”) to use towards a purchase of Eligible Hardware (as defined below):

• Eligible Hardware: The Hardware Credit will only be applied towards products that include card reader SKUs on the Shopify Hardware Store, which includes the following items: (i) Shopify POS Terminal, (ii) Wisepad3, (iii) retail Countertop Kits with POS Terminal or a Wisepad 3, and (iv) retail Countertop Bundles with POS Terminal or a Wisepad3 (as applicable) (“Eligible Hardware”).
• Additional Terms: The Hardware Credit will be issued to your account by September 30, 2025, after your first eligible order is placed. If your first eligible order total is less than the full value of the credit, you will only be credited for your order total. The remaining balance is not transferable or cannot be used in future purchases. Applicable taxes, shipping and handling do not qualify for the Hardware Credit. The Hardware Credit is non-transferable and cannot be used in combination with other promotions. Other restrictions may apply.
• Expiration: The Hardware Credit will only be available for orders placed by September 5, 2025. The Hardware Credit will not be available if you (i) pause or cancel your Shopify User account, (ii) close an Eligible Store, or (iii) if your Shopify User account is “frozen” by Shopify, while the Promotion is active.
• POS Terms Apply: You acknowledge that your use of the POS Services, which includes any Eligible Hardware purchased using the Hardware Credit, is governed by the relevant sections in the Shopify TOS, including any additional terms of service referenced therein (the “POS Terms”).
• Eligibility: You will no longer be eligible for the Hardware Credit if you: (i) are no longer located in an Eligible Country while the Promotion is active, or (ii) are in violation of these terms or the Shopify TOS.

Miscellaneous

• Eligibility; cancellations: Determinations of eligibility for this offer will be made in Shopify’s sole discretion. Shopify reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or promotions, if fraud, tampering, technical errors, or violations of Shopify’s TOS are suspected.
• Changes; termination: This Promotion is only available while supplies last. Shopify reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion or these terms at any time in its sole discretion.
• Notice: Any notice provided by us with respect to these terms will be deemed provided the day it is posted on our website.
• Governing law: These terms and this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
• Severability: If any provision in these terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the portion of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
