About the role

As part of the Partner Marketing team, the lifecycle marketing role will play an integral role in providing our partners the kinds of communications and experiences they need, at the right time to help them be more successful, as well as create scalable programs to help them grow their businesses. From setting up and automating sophisticated marketing journeys to nurture a partner through their lifecycle, or running experiments to validate ideas, the Lifecycle Partner Marketing Manager is a role that wears many hats and has a profound impact on how we communicate, educate and market to our audience.

You will be responsible for engaging and activating our EMEA partner community at scale to execute data-driven campaigns, and programs across the partner lifecycle. The ideal candidate has partner program and operational experience, and they thrive on building relationships across different functional teams to deliver results. They should be an excellent marketer that is detail-oriented and organised, capable of handling multiple projects at once

Responsibilities:

  • Build repeatable, best-practice partner marketing initiatives including integrated marketing campaigns, digital activations, virtual events/webinars and content

  • Work cross-collaboratively with EMEA Partnerships to build scalable programs targeting engagement and activation of the partner community on a local and regional level

  • Interpret customer data to identify triggers and behaviors that indicate potential life cycle changes

  • Analyse and report on past campaign performance, and identify areas for testing and improvement

  • Work closely with our partnerships, operations, market expansion and other teams to strategise, validate, and build experimental one-off initiatives and cross-channel campaigns

  • Collaborate with data science and global marketing automation teams to determine technical requirements to implement marketing automation functionality into our owned properties.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience driving campaigns that are measured, strategic and creative.

  • Possess an understanding of how to drive business and market effectively with and through the partner ecosystem

  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred

  • Knowledge of email strategies and tactics as it relates to each stage of the customer lifecycle and able to effectively identify actionable messaging opportunities

  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible

  • Demonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenue

  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
