Our growing sales teams work directly with notable brands and entrepreneurs to develop their commerce strategies — whether that is starting or expanding their brick & mortar operations with our POS solution, e-commerce business with Plus, adopting our Money solutions, or leveraging the power of Shopify fulfilment to scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of diverse and high performing Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives

  • Inspire, engage, and excite young professionals to develop themselves and prepare for their career in sales

  • Be accountable for growth and achieving key metrics

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied merchants

  • Drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and build an environment in which everyone can succeed and belong

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading Business Development, Account Management and/or Inside Sales Teams. An emphasis on Cloud, SaaS, Martech and Commerce is preferred

  • Fluent spoken and written German and English skills

  • Strong people management skills with proven track record of developing talent

  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude working amongst the chaos of diving into a new market 

  • Proven ability to find unique and efficient approaches to developing and delivering a plan and continually looking for a better way to do things

  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers

  • Desire to work in a team environment where you make each other better

  • Have an impact; be involved and do something incredible
