About the role

You’ll be working on things like:

  • Generating Pipeline and closing Net new logos for Shopify Plus in the Greater China region (China, Hong Kong & Taiwan)
  • Understanding our merchants unique business goals, needs, and challenges, helping them to grow their businesses with Shopify Solutions
  • Creating a Point of View and Value proposition 
  • Effectively moving your deals through the sales cycle to close
  • Working on complex deal cycles collaborating with stakeholders like Partner managers, Merchant Success Managers, Solution Engineers, Launch Engineers etc..
  • Collaborating on projects within the team and with other Shopify teams to deliver the highest level of the merchant experience

Qualifications

You’ll need to have:

  • Native in Mandarin with high English proficiency 
  • Experience at selling SAAS & Cloud Software solutions in Greater China
  • Understanding of Cross Border Commerce within the GCR market 
  • Experience working with SAAS Partners
  • Managing a complex deal cycle 
  • Experience in Value Selling 
  • High energy and a strong work ethic drive the teams and individual goals
  • Experience in working with global teams
  • The ability to work in a self-directed manner, navigating through a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent relationship, conversation, and influence skills
  • Product knowledge and desire to become a Shopify expert for the Greater China region
