By leveraging the latest technologies and our extensive network of fulfillment centers and services, we aim to provide businesses with the support they need to grow and succeed.

This role requires a strategic and analytical individual with a track record of driving demand and product adoption in a B2B tech company.

This senior hire will be responsible for the growth of Shopify Logistics’ merchant-centered products and leveraging data to inform and execute growth strategies.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a product growth strategy to drive adoption of Shopify Logistics’ products
  • Leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in product adoption and developing targeted growth initiatives
  • Building pipeline to achieve our business goals in the SMB and mid-market segments
  • Creating and producing content across multiple channels to drive goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to execute growth initiatives and deliver results
  • Partnering within Shopify Logistics and with Shopify core teams to maximize results
  • Monitoring and analyzing key metrics, such as user acquisition and retention, to inform decision-making and continuously improve growth strategies
  • Reporting key performance metrics with cross-functional recommendations on how to improve 
  • Mentoring and developing a team of growth marketing professionals to drive success

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in product-led growth and growth marketing at a B2B SaaS or tech company, with a proven track record of driving adoption and growth.
  • Experience in selling to merchants, brands, or in the logistics space a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform growth strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence others to drive results.
  • Understanding growing product adoption for a digital product, ideally at an early stage startup or fast growing company.

Bonus points for:

  • Working knowledge and understanding of multi-channel online retail such as Shopify Fulfillment Network, eBay, Amazon, Walmart or e-commerce fulfillment.
