Lounge Underwear was started with just a thousand pounds. The lingerie brand has grown to $70 million in revenue and 120 staff. Scaling at an exceptional speed, the business found itself outgrowing its processes and operations—especially during intense sales periods like Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM).

The brand used Shopify Plus to expand and scale internationally by building eight stores including U.S., Australia, and multiple markets across Europe. With huge surges during BFCM and exclusive launches, Lounge Underwear’s sites dealt with over 1,000 orders per minute during its peak sales period.
