There’s no better way to see how a well-executed customer journey works than by seeing one first hand. We’ll walk through a store we love and talk through some of the pieces of the journey that stand out and support the customer as they shop.

[MUSIC PLAYING] Throughout this course, we'll show you examples of positive customer experiences in action using our demo stores and examples from real merchants. Let's kick things off with an overview of Neiwai, which is a great example of high quality customer experience. Here we are on the homepage of Neiwai. We love the great photography and the mix of lifestyle and product images together.
As we navigate through their homepage, this featured collection is catching our eye so we'll look into that some more. OK, so there are a lot of products which is really great, but that also means there's a lot to. Navigate we love that they have some filters and swatches to help narrow down the options for us. The laid back ribbed lounge pants look really nice so we'll check them out a bit more.
We'll see what information is provided to see if the product is the right fit for us. Speaking of, they even have a fit guideline handy at the top. They have a ton of info and it's organized well, which really helps when making a decision. OK, it's too good to pass up, we're adding the product to the cart. With these examples in mind, do you feel more confident applying what we've learned to your own theme setup?
So far, we've seen examples of how to strengthen your customer experience within your theme. In the next module, we'll focus on thinking like a shopper to further enhance that experience.
