I'm currently the CEO and founder of Hey Influencers. Hey is a campaign creation platform that helps connect and cultivate relationships between brands and social media influencers. Over the last six years, I've grown my combined following on Instagram to over 16 million followers across a number of different brands. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of hours on the platform, so I've learned a thing or 10 about how you can grow an engaged following to increase store sales.
Instagram is the number one marketing tool I've relied on to grow several multi-million dollar businesses. My first e-commerce company, SkinnyMe Tea, scaled to $600,000 a month in six months. We coined the term "tea talks" and won Shopify's Build a Business Competition in 2013. I then co-founded the 5th Watches, where we created an Instagram strategy that brought in $100,000 when we launched, and later we made a million in a single day of sales.
I've also created Drop Bottle, which launched on Instagram and were actually discovered by Oprah's team and named one of her favorite things in 2016. I'm incredibly passionate about teaching entrepreneurs how to grow their business with Instagram. I started my tea business when I was 22 with $24 in my bank account and no knowledge of how to use Instagram or grow a business. But through hard work and trial and era, I managed to figure it out.
And now I've distilled all those learnings for you in this course.
