[MUSIC PLAYING] DAYMOND JOHN: So what did we decide to do. LL said to us, he said, "Daymond you know you have to figure out who can really represent your brand. You have to stalk them. A no isn't absolutely maybe. You've got to go find them no matter what. You cannot let them out of your sight you have to be very, very persistent. And I want you to go home with your partners and come up with a list of who you're going to stalk." We go home and we are looking over the list and we're looking at these people.
Everybody from Bobby Brown to Milli Vanilli to Vanilla Ice to Ice-T, Ice Cube. Every ice. We realize why don't we just stalk LL Cool J. We go back over at LL Cool J's house and we set up shop on his lawn. Now, we lived right near LL Cool J. And you know if you live in Hollis, Queens everybody is hanging out. And we are hanging out now on LL Cool J's lawn for about three, four, five hours.
LL Cool J is looking outside the window. He's obviously doing something where he doesn't want to be bothered with us. He knows we're back there to annoy him and stalk him. And then we find out that a big black limousine pulls up because LL Cool J is actually leaving to go to California to film on a TV show called In the House. He finally came outside and he says to us, "Hey guys. What are you doing back here?" And we said "LL, you know we can't get a hold those of other rappers.
We can't find them. And it's very hard and they have bodyguards and things so we just came back here to stalk you." [MUSIC PLAYING]
