Your brand name will now be the only one that shows up in your email interaction with customers. We now have two very exciting announcements on the channel's front to share, if you haven't yet heard. First off, us merchants now have a sales channel to sell their items. As a US merchant, you can now establish a wholesale relationship with one of Canada's largest retailers without the difficult navigations of who to talk to and how to connect.
Save time and effort with Shopify ex Canada sales channel, this is an opportunity to sell your products at wholesale prices to Canada to reach Canadian customers through their many winters home sense. And marshals' retail locations. Once you've added the channel to your store via the Shopify app store, you will be able to submit products for consideration.
This is achieved by creating new offers from within your Shopify admin and TJX Canada sales channel. Create an offer by uploading products from your store's inventory and include key information such as an offer name, expiration description, category and whether or not you're including previously returned items.
Review the items in your offer and ensure your offer quantity and unit price is correct for each product. Don't forget to scroll right to set where each items inventory is located before submitting your offer. A buyer will contact you via email or phone to discuss your offer within several days of submission. This sales channel is also available to Canadian merchants announced last year with the channel's original launch.
US and Canadian merchants, if you have stock, you'd rather sell than sit on, connect the TJX Canada sales channel today to set up and get started selling. Establishing a wholesale relationship with one of Canada's largest retailers has truly never been easier to bring offers directly to TJX right from your Shopify admin at this time in the year. It's a great way for you to get rid of your holiday overstock and out of season inventory.
And the second of our sales channel announcements is the TikTok channel, this marketing channel for merchants launched in the US last October and will now be available in 15 new regions as of February. 23rd Those regions are Canada, the u.k., Australia, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, South Korea, Japan, Israel, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Advertise your products to the millions of highly engaged tick-tock users by first installing the free app and the Shopify app store. Once you have the app downloaded on your store, your account created and payment set up, you can quickly start running ads.

You have many event options to choose from to optimize, including adding to cart or a page view. Keep in mind that the broader your audiences, the less qualified your leaders may be if you target a smaller subset of the market, you can focus more specifically on an action like initiating a checkout versus a page view, set your budget schedule and bid strategy and click Submit to start running your first TikTok ad track results and ultimately manage your orders all from within Shopify.

On the customers front, we've released an update to bridge the gap between customers and their orders. You can now start the process of creating an order directly from an individual record in the customer section of your Shopify admin. This will be a time saver for your business with pre-populated information on that unique individual as you go to create a new order.
This is especially crucial if you're in the middle of helping a customer, whether on the phone or safely in person, and need to quickly pivot and assist with a new order. Multiple steps have now been eliminated, empowering you to offer the best customer service. To get started, this is the customer record you need in your admin. If the customer is new with no purchase history, you will see a section where future orders will live, plus the ability to take action to create a new order.
A draft order will open to begin a new defaulting to include the customer data, you have on record. Now builds out the order you need, as you would with any other draft order. The same is the case for a customer that has placed orders in the past from their customer record, you can give orders that have been placed, the ability to click through if needed on an individual level, plus create a new order.
Jump right into adding products to the new order as you continue your interaction with your customer, apply discounts as needed, and send the order directly to the customer via checkout link or save it as a draft to complete at a later date. No setup required, so you can get moving with this update. Now Save yourself and your team time by creating orders with pre-populated customer information.
