The Feliway team required a website that reflected their brand identity and provided an intuitive and seamless shopping journey for visitors while promoting conversions, a sense of community and customer loyalty. Represent - Design & Build

Superco were tasked with upgrading their old site and supporting them with technical and design services throughout the ambitious scale-up phase of their business. Represent's team was concerned they had outgrown their existing site. Functionally, the site needed to handle many simultaneous visitors and easily guide them to checkout.

Ursa Major - Returning customers & retention

We partnered with Ursa Major to improve customer retention. Our audit identified storytelling gaps and the need for more messaging to promote returning and subscribing. We analysed cancellations, finding that many users who dropped out should have been using the product. Most cancellations were for lower-priced items, with the third month being a common cancellation point.

Funkin Cocktails - B2B and Tradehub

Funkin Cocktails was keen on integrating a range of features into their platform. They aimed to offer products exclusively to B2B customers and had a system for approving or rejecting companies seeking access to these products. Automated VAT registration checks were considered for added efficiency. We designed and built an expansion store for FUNKIN COCKTAILS’s Tradehub which links to D2C stores.

FUNKIN US Case Study - Design and development

The team at FUNKIN COCKTAILS sought out our expertise in design and development as they started planning their expansion into the US market. The brand required a new Shopify Plus website that would seamlessly integrate its brand vision with an exceptional user experience. The creative team conducted a consultation and vision session to align with FUNKIN COCKTAILS' identity, audience, and goals.

Ceva Santé Animale - Design and development for multiple sites & local

Ceva wanted to simultaneously roll out D2C websites to four brands in five EMEA countries. Superco architected a single component set in Figma and corresponding Shopify code base for use by all Ceva D2C operations. Superco conducted a vision and discovery session with Ceva's team to create a design system for Feliway. Following this we were then able to deploy 4 DTC brands across 7 countries.
