How did you earn your first sales? Which channels are now generating the most traffic and sales for you?
I remember always being well-dressed in tailored, comfortable clothes by my wonderful mom, who herself is an outstanding seamstress. She passed on her gift, and her standards of elegance and comfort, when I was a teenager back in Denmark. Soon after making a few outfits for myself and my kids, I started getting a lot of requests from friends and family to the point where I would be hard at work on these pieces the entire weekend. At this point, I realized what a great idea opening an online shop would be. I've never looked back since then.
Tell us about the back-end of your business. What tools and apps do you use to run your store? How do you handle shipping and fulfillment?
