Made what seemed difficult and confusing for other Shopify "experts" very simple and smooth.  Did exactly what I asked and not try to throw the farm of options others developers do.

This developer / code writer / awesome person named Scott was very responsive and didn't stop working until the project was completed to my satisfaction. We added an upsell  block / upsell content to our cart page which allows us to change the items that appear and he did an amazing job with it.
