You're eligible for free bike shop setup when you sign up for a WorkMate Premium and POS Pro yearly subscription. After selecting your plan, we'll send instructions on connecting with an expert. Your free setup services include:

Discovery call: A consultation to understand your bike shop operations, confirm key information, and create a clear timeline for your launch on Shopify POS and WorkMate.
Data migration: Transfer of your products, inventory counts, and customer information from your old system to Shopify. Historical data migration of sales orders, work orders, and purchase orders is not included in these services.
System configuration: A complete pre-launch setup to verify everything is configured correctly. This includes payment methods, taxes, work orders, and purchase orders so you're ready for your first customer.
Launch support: Help with updating inventory, running test transactions, and importing gift cards when you're ready to launch your new system. Plus, five days of post-launch support to quickly solve any issues that might come up.
