So for this next part, I’m going to have a few guests go over their packaging and why they chose the setup that they have. Hopefully this can inspire you our next guest is Chris Lee of pelt petrol a smart medication tracking system. Chris, thanks for joining us. Thank you for having me. So when you think about packaging what exactly comes to mind. Yes well packaging for us is really the first customer
touchpoint once they’ve received the product. So for us, that’s really important because we want them to know that there’s been a lot of design thought put in from the very beginning and the opening experience the unboxing to the actual customer experience of using our product and we want that to flow from beginning to end. So to touch on that why did you choose this style specifically.
Yeah the style. So we have what we have a sleeve, which allows us to both you know showcase our brand but also gives us the flexibility in case we want to change this put it like an award sticker or have a promotional pricing or put it in store. Once you get to the box the box itself is very sturdy
and it helps protect our product from China. And it’s also a very good way to potentially reuse or repackage the things that are inside. So once you open the box we have the hero shot of the product itself. That’s to give you a very clear first impression of what you’re getting right above that you have our quick start guide and some other information that quick start guide is
really useful to provide additional information such as a linked to your Facebook page or if you have an Instagram account and also can give you another area to link to your support pages and things like that. Once you take the product out you know you can’t really turn this thing on without getting through to the rest of our accessories. So there’s more to uncover our package.
So once you pull this out. There’s a little handy pull tab you’ll see that there’s a set of accessories. We have three main accessories and pill drill and each of them carries equal weight. So we wanted to put them all in the same plane of the accessory box. Once you uncover and take everything out you’ll see that you can access.
Finally, the USB cable and power adapter so you can plug this plug the device internal. Right anyone one of works unless someone kept digging through. So you’re basically like you’re guiding the unboxing experience by having the customer go through the package itself. That’s also cool. Chris thanks so much for sharing. Thank you for having me. Our next guest is AJ of Burma farms as CBT supplements company.
A.j. thanks for joining us. Thank you so much for having me. So when you think about packaging what exactly comes to mind. Yes when we think about packaging what we really think about is brand experience and for us brand experience comes down to two main things. We want our customers to get a feeling of trust. And we also want them to get a feeling of relaxation
when they open up our packages and really look at our product. Walk us through your packaging and what the purpose of these items. So there’s three main elements that we have here when it comes to our packaging the first are customized bags. What we’ve noticed is that just by customizing our bags our attention shot up. The second thing is our custom labels.
What we’ve noticed is that by customizing these labels and also having them come in boxes with inserts our customers get a sense of transparency talks about how there’s zero THC talks about all the ingredients in our products but also a level of security they know that the product was delivered safely to them. The last thing is our custom orders that we actually give to our customers
our letters talk about our mission statement what’s in our products and why we started the company. So it really tells them that they’re part of our mission. And makes them feel really about our brand and know exactly what our brand is all about. So you know just selling the products itself you’re selling like you’re saying that trust you’re selling that transparency you want to convey a vibe and have that all tied into the customer experience.
That’s exactly right. What we’re trying to do here at vermouth farms is really tell customers that when they try our products. It’s a level of relaxation a level of calm and if we can do that through our packaging. So a huge win for us. That’s awesome. A.j. thanks so much for sharing. Thank you so much for having me. Cool check out at the end of this video, where I share some stats on my packaging means to your customers.
