And in this lesson module, I wanted to talk about positive reviews. Reviews have a huge impact on your conversion. Look, nearly 95% of customers turn to reviews when shopping online, and they really swear by them when it comes to making their decisions.

And 41% of shoppers worldwide are willing to shop from brands they are less familiar with based on product reviews. So it's super important that you go out there and create amazing reviews. And that all starts with customer nurturing. Customer nurturing is basically a flow that shows your new customers that you care about them, and gives them a chance that hey, they can leave a review after they buy.

So for example, let's say you're selling to Suzie here. And Suzie is buying a light bulb from you. Well, Suzie could then end up getting an email after she buys the light bulb saying, hey, what do you think about the light bulb, feel free and leave a review. It really is that simple. Now if Suzie comes back and gives you a negative review, I don't want you to be like, hey, Suzie left me a negative review. I don't like Susie, instead think about it. Well, can I take what Susie gave me and improve my product?

Can I improve my experience? Can I improve my customer support? How can I delight them? What can I do so that way people want to keep coming back, not just leaving positive reviews on products they buy, but they want to keep buying more products from me versus going to the competition, because I'm doing what's best to get the best reviews. And it's not when-- reviews are not just about what people think about your products, it's also what they think about your storefront.
