Now I've put together some guidelines to help you craft perfect text messages that would help you get that customer to take the action that you want them to take. Now text is a very casual channel. If you look at how you text friends and family. It's very casual super short, maybe use images and gifts here and there.

So in order to actually do that, you need to also take a look at how your customers are interacting with your brand. So typically, I recommend marketers to take a look at their Instagram comments. You can get a lot of great comments or content out of those comments and see how your customers communicate.

So if you have over 100,000 or 50,000 customers. This could be something that you can mention in the text. Next, your product is solving a pain point that your customers have.

And if there are any objections that usually come up or different questions that come up, you can also seek to answer those questions within those text messages. So if you add all these different things up being casual adding social proof bringing out the pain points any objections using scarcity and urgency and adding gifts you would definitely craft the perfect text message that would get your customer to take action.
