The Bettencourt fellow is probably one of the most important flows in your tax working strategy. It has the highest open rate the highest. Click through eight and the highest conversion rate. So when someone comes to your website, they add to cart and do not checkout. What we want to do is send him a text. Get them back on your website. So that they can complete that purchase. Somebody jump into my computer here.
And what we're going to do is set up your Ben and cart flow. So from the dashboard. We're going to head over to automation is going to create a new automation. We're going to call it the abandoned cart and the automation trigger here is checkout sorted. Now we want to have a cancellation trigger and what we want to do is say, OK, if a customer makes a purchase, then let's not send the abandoned cart flow anymore.
So we're going to select order created. And we're going to click Save and continue. So due to recent regulations. We can only have one of Ben and cart trigger per flow. So what we're going to do is set up that message here and in our messaging get started a guide, we have a good example for you to copy here. So we're going to copy that over. And then we're going to change the timing to 30 minutes.
So 30 minutes has been the perfect timing that we've seen perform well. And with this flow. You can achieve 99% open rates and 25% to 30% plus in conversion rates. So we're going to go ahead and actually Texas out. But before we do that one more thing that you can do here to have a very advanced abandoned cart message is to add a dynamic product photo.
So if a customer is looking at a specific product they're going to get an image of that specific product set right here. So we're going to actually do the test. Now I'm going to type in my phone number right here. And then we're going to jump into my phone. And as you can see right here we have that text. And we have the image of the product that was left in the cart and we have that message that is matching with what we have right here.
So that's how you set up your Ben and card message. And the next lesson, we're going to talk about how to set up your post purchase flows.
