In the final lesson of this module, we're going to talk about post purchase specifically how to set up your order confirmation and your customer win back flow. So I'm going to jump into my computer. So we can get started. And as you can see, we are still working in the automation stab. We have a welcome series setup. Our Ben and cart setup. We're going to create a new automation and we're going to call it post purchase and here that automation trigger is going to be order created.

And we can send a once per subscriber because we only want to send this message to our first time buyers. We're going to click Save. Now, if you go back to our messaging get started, guys you can see that we have two options here. We can have an order confirmation that is set right after someone makes a purchase. You can also send it 24 hours later. And we have a customer win back that is sent four weeks after someone makes a purchase.

So they've made a purchase they've done the product if they like it. Then they have the option to be able to purchase using this text message right here. So going back into postscript what we're going to do is set up in order a confirmation text. And so what we're going to do here is copy this over. And like I said, this is sent right after someone makes a purchase or you can choose to send it 24 hours after someone makes a purchase.

So here we're going to do 0 minutes, we're going to add personalization by actually doing it like this. So we have the first name already right here. So what we're going to do is delete this. And as you can see right here you have the message populating right here.

And then with the euro what we can do is we can send them directly to our website. And like I said, you can send any URL here. So I'm going to go ahead and type in our demo site. And we can also send a test to ensure that this message is working properly.

So what I'm going to do is click right here. I'm going to type in my name and my phone number send the text. And then when we jump in to my phone here. You can see that that test has showed up.

And the name is populating properly and we have the remainder of the text message. So we're going to click Save. And this is the message that we just set up. So this is a post purchase message. And like I said, you have the option to set up your order confirmation or your customer win back or you can do both. But this is how you set up your post first just messages as the customer is making that purchase.

And once they've completed that purchase, you can send the text right away to get them to make a second purchase or you can wait four weeks and send him a win back campaign to try to get him back on site to make a second purchase.
