Product reviews are essential for sales. There's absolutely no doubt about that. For example, I improved the sales of one product by 10 times just by adding product reviews to the page. I'll make sure to link to that post in the course notes so that you can see exactly how I did it. But for you, once you've spent so much time collecting product reviews, where should you display them? I'm going to show you the best places to display your product reviews in this lesson.

The number one place that you should be showing product reviews is on the product page. Now you may be saying, [? Jamila, ?] I don't have product reviews for this particular product. What should I do? Don't worry about it. You can always group product reviews from similar products and add that to the page. Here's an example. Let's say you have hundreds of cotton shirts on your website. You're probably not going to get reviews for every single one of these shirts.

So if the design is different but the quality is the same, you'll probably get a lot of reviews that reference the quality, the shipping, the packaging. And you can group these products together. And you can show reviews from similar products under the products that don't have any reviews. And you're going to want to do this so that your customers can make an informed decision about buying your product and so that you can avoid negative social proof, which we'll talk about a little later in this course.

The next place you'll want to showcase your product reviews is on your collection page. Now, when people are scrolling through, you'll want to make sure that you have the average star rating under each product. This is really going to help with your click-through rate for your most popular products. And it's going to help people make an at-a-glance decision just based on the fact that these products are more popular than others.

The other place that you're going to want to show your product reviews is on your home page. Dedicate a little section after you've talked about your brand story and your most popular products to your reviews. You can add three or four of your best reviews and make sure to add a star rating. This is going to help you improve trust on your website, and it's going to show that people really love your brand. Finally, you're going to want to have an All Reviews page.

An All Reviews page is great for people who are really looking to understand your brand and to see if they can trust you. Having an All Reviews page is also going to help with your search engine rankings, which we will talk about later in this course. So those are the places that you're going to want to show your product reviews. So make sure that you choose one and start optimizing and implementing.
