In this lesson, I'm going to show you the best way to display some of your most powerful social group, which is your user-generated photos and your product photo reviews. I'll go over the best practices for displaying them on your homepage and on your product page. So let's get started. Now, I use Fera for my product reviews, and I find that the best place to show off my photos is on my product page.
I'll show you how I set up my photo gallery, but you should be able to set it up in any review app. When you're deciding which photos to display, make sure that you're showing high quality photos and photos that best represent your brand. You'll also want to choose photos that show your product in action and not just right out of the box. So some of the photos that I chose to display on my website really represent my ideal customer, and they show the type of person that I know that people shopping on my site are going to resonate with.
I also chose these photos because they show people wearing the product, and this is really important because people want to see what the product looks like in real life. Now, the other place that I've displayed my user-generated content is my home page. Again, the same principle applies when displaying product photos on your home page. Choose high quality and on-brand photos. This is even more important on your home page because this will be your most visited page by far.
On your home page, you can probably display more lifestyle branded photos instead of straight up product photos. So remember to always split test your changes to see what content works best and where.
