This lesson will cover the importance of curating your reviews on your social media and moderating the types of content that shows up for your brand on social platforms like Instagram.

When it comes to what you post on social media, you want to curate, curate, curate. Only post things that are high quality and on brand. When you're approving user-generated content from a review request, you can always ask the customers to retake their photo if it's grainy or blurry. When it comes to moderating your online social proof, it's a bit trickier. The only way to moderate your social media and social proof is to only repost the things that are very on brand for you.
This will encourage your customers to post things that are in the same style in the hopes of being featured.

Come up with some guidelines for what you consider to be “repost” worthy and not. If you have a bigger team or social media management company, share your branding guidelines with them.
