You will lead a team of talented engineers across one of the various infrastructure domains here, including Database Platforms, Resiliency Acceleration, Streaming Services & Frontend, Deploys, Tooling, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direction, support, and coaching to your team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver high-quality solutions that create worldwide impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Guide and support elite engineering teams passionate about building innovative infrastructure solutions.

• Drive Impactful Decisions: Oversee the development and execution of strategic projects, making critical decisions that affect product development and user experience.

• Hands-On Leadership: Stay engaged in technical designs and product development, maintaining a balance between management responsibilities and hands-on contributions.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in building solutions for other engineering teams and/or infrastructure management.

• Strong background in one of the infrastructure areas (Streaming, Observability, Databases, CI/CD, Resiliency and alike).

• Experience leading technical teams and fostering a high-performance culture.

• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and project management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with and influencing open source community and/or cloud vendors.

• Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly in the context of infrastructure tools.
