Snug increased its revenue 10X after migration

With an innovative modular sofa-in-a-box product, Snug knew that selling online would be a challenge to customers who are accustomed to the traditional retail experience of seeing and feeling furniture before purchasing. 

In 2018, Snug migrated to Shopify Plus and leaned into social commerce and tech, plugging in apps that allowed customers to view sofas in virtual showrooms and speak to experts online. Using Gorgias, ConferWith, as well as custom apps, the brand successfully curates live shopping experiences on social media. Snug experienced a surge in revenue growth since migrating to Shopify Plus, while also continuing to grow as a team.

 Shopify Plus enabled us to migrate to a more sophisticated and stable tech stack with apps that enable our virtual showrooms. Migrating has freed up time to focus on new channels like social commerce and live selling so that we can pioneer in the furniture space as well as in the emerging marketing and technology space for retailers.
