We required a new system to replace an aging osCommerce system, we chose Shopify as it was extremely simple and fast to set up. The whole process literally took days.

Shopify is much faster than osCommerce from the customer point of view, it is easier and simpler to navigate and checkout. Although osCommerce can be adapted and modified easily, Shopify with the use of Apps makes it quicker for your store to become more powerful, especially from the back end. It has become much easier to process order. Our sales have increased by 50-60% since using Shopify. We put this down to ease of use and also the fact that it is engineered to be SEO friendly this pushes your store up the Google rankings.

Pound for pound Shopify pays for itself, and you can also be sure as technology changes your store will keep up to date.

The support at Shopify helped me out in the early days when I started to build my first Shopify website, I had an osCommerce site that I was moving from.

Well after 5 years and 3 months of osCommerce I finally bit the bullet and went live with my Shopify site and wow what a difference it made. The site has been live for nearly a week now and I have received sales every single day, something that dwindled on my old store and the average order amounts have also gone up.

I should have moved long ago and not clung to my old faithful osCommerce. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for you help in the early days - feeling quite pleased with myself about now!

I cannot stop talking about just how fabulous and user-friendly Shopify is. To say that using osCommerce is mind-numbing is an understatement. I wish every software package I ever have to come into contact with in every aspect of my life was as intuitive as Shopify.
