As an entrepreneur, you never know when you’ll run into roadblocks. It could be a development problem, a struggle with finding new work, or a challenge with how to approach a complicated build for a client. Whatever it is, there will come a time when you need a little extra support.
Luckily, as a Shopify Partner, you have access to a number of different support channels that connect you not only with Shopify itself, but also with other partners going through the same experiences as you. To help you get this support when you need it, we’ve rounded up a complete list of the help channels available to you. Take a look!
Partner Support
Need some guidance straight from the source? Shopify has a number of venues for you to seek assistance from—and, as a Shopify Partner, you have access to 24/7 priority support via phone, live chat, and email. This means that when you contact support, your questions are bumped to the top of our support queue and sent to the appropriate Shopify Support Advisor, allowing you to quickly resolve client requests.
Reach out to support through the support page in the Partner Dashboard.

Their name and contact information can be found in your Partner Dashboard under ‘Resources.’
Resources section of your dashboard
If you ever get lost, there’s one main place to find support—the resources section of your dashboard. Once you’ve logged in, head to this page to find links to technical guidance, priority support, community groups, and more. It’s your one-stop shop for all things support.
Shopify events
If you want to connect in real life, Shopify events can be a great way to find support in your local community. Shopify Meetups are events hosted by Shopify Experts, where you can meet and chat with other partners, merchants, and professionals in the ecommerce field.
