As a medical product, prescription eyeglasses can potentially be a complicated purchase. Customers must upload prescriptions and make decisions about lens material, blue light protection, anti-fatigue protection, frame types and size, as well as cosmetic decisions about styles and designs.
Working with Shopify Plus Agency Partner Pointer, BonLook built a headless omnichannel solution, allowing customers to buy online or offline and increase the amount they spend per order. The complexities of taxable and non-taxable aspects of each purchase are handled with variants and theme files, with orders being passed to the BonLook platform for processing. Shopify Plus Certified Apps are used to improve conversion and nurture loyalty, bringing customers back with promotions and seasonal offers to make a repeat purchase.
