Promotion Period: October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025

These are terms and conditions for three separate referral bonus offers available to eligible Shopify partners during the promotion period. Partners can qualify for and earn bonuses from any or all of the offers listed below simultaneously during the promotion period.

General Eligibility Requirements (Applies to all offers):

• Partner Status: You must be an active Shopify Partner in good standing to participate.
• Invitation: This promotion is exclusive to select Shopify partners who have received the offer communication directly from Shopify.
• Referral Method: Unless otherwise specified, all merchant referrals must originate as development stores created in your Shopify Partner Dashboard and transferred to a client.
• Self-Referrals: Referrals of your own stores or stores owned by your business or employees are not eligible for this promotion.
• Promotion End Date: All referrals must be initiated within the Promotion Period, which ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025.

Bonus Offer Details

You are eligible to earn the following bonuses by meeting the specific criteria outlined for each offer.

Offer 1: Basic, Grow, or Advanced plan referrals

Earn a $2,500 USD bonus for every five (5) qualifying merchants you refer to a Basic, Grow, or Advanced plan. To qualify for this bonus, each group of five (5) referred merchants must meet the following criteria:

1. Referral & Subscription: Each of the five stores must be created as a development store in your Partner Dashboard and transferred to the merchant between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
2. Plan & Payment: Your clients must select a qualifying subscription plan (Basic, Grow, or Advanced) and make their first subscription payment by December 31, 2025.
3. Store & Sales Status: By March 31, 2026, each of the five stores must:

• Be live, publicly accessible, and not password-protected.
• Achieve a minimum of $1,000 USD in sales. Sales are measured by trusted (non-fraudulent) payments processed through Shopify Payments or an integrated third-party payment provider. Manual payment methods like Cash on Delivery (COD) are excluded.

The bonus is awarded for each completed bundle of five (5) qualifying referrals. For example, 10 qualifying referrals would result in a $5,000 USD bonus. Referrals that qualify for the Shopify Plus Bonus (Offer 2) do not count toward this offer.

Offer 2: Shopify Plus plan referrals

Earn a one-time bonus for each qualifying merchant you refer to Shopify Plus. The bonus amount is determined by the merchant's primary region of operation:

• $5,000 USD for each referral in AMER (Americas) and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
• $2,500 USD for each referral in APAC (Asia-Pacific) and LATAM (Latin America).

To qualify for this bonus, each referred merchant must meet the following criteria:

1. Referral Method: The store must be created as a development store in your Partner Dashboard and transferred to the merchant. Lead submissions referrals are not eligible for this specific bonus.
2. Referral & Subscription: The development store transfer must be complete and your clients must select a Shopify Plus plan and make their first subscription payment by December 31, 2025.
3. Store & Sales Status: By March 31, 2026, each of the five stores must:
1. Be live, publicly accessible, and not password-protected.
2. Achieve a minimum of $1,000 USD in sales. Sales are measured by trusted (non-fraudulent) payments processed through Shopify Payments or an integrated third-party payment provider. Manual payment methods like Cash on Delivery (COD) are excluded.

Offer 3: Shopify POS Pro Referral Bonus

Earn a $500 USD bonus for each qualifying merchant you refer to Shopify POS Pro. To qualify for this bonus, each referred merchant must meet the following criteria:

1. Referral & Timing: The merchant must be referred to POS Pro between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
2. New User Status: The Referred Merchant must be new to Shopify POS Pro, meaning they have not had an active POS Pro subscription in the 365 days preceding the referral.
3. Subscription & Payment: The Referred Merchant must meet one of the following payment conditions:
• Pay the full, undiscounted fees for a POS Pro subscription for at least two (2) consecutive months; OR
• Pay for an annual POS Pro subscription; OR
• Be an active Shopify Plus merchant who adds a new POS Pro location and maintains it for at least two consecutive months.
4. Activity & Sales Volume: The Referred Merchant must demonstrate the following activity at the POS Pro location:
• Process transactions using Shopify POS on ten (10) or more days within a single calendar month, for at least two (2) months following the initial referral.
• Achieve greater than $1,000 USD in Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) through that POS Pro location in each of those two months.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Payouts: Eligible bonuses will be paid out to your Shopify Partner Dashboard. Please allow 2-4 weeks after the final qualification date for each offer (e.g., after March 31, 2026, for Offers 1 & 2, or after the merchant fulfills the 2-month requirement for Offer 3) for the payout to be processed and appear in your account.
• Offer Combination:
• These three offers are mutually exclusive on a per-merchant basis. A single referred merchant can only be applied to one bonus offer.
• However, Partners are eligible to earn bonuses from all three offer categories simultaneously by referring different merchants that meet the respective criteria.
• Discretion: The final decision to grant any referral bonus is at Shopify’s sole discretion. Shopify reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and to disqualify any referral that does not meet the terms and conditions.
• Modification or Cancellation: Shopify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Currency: All bonus amounts are stated and will be paid out in USD.
