How to set up your POS Terminal

Installing your POS Terminal:

1. Remove the POS Go Case from the dock if present.
2. Plug the POS Go Dock into a USB-A supported power source.
3. Optionally, for wired data connectivity, connect an Ethernet cable from the dock to your router.
4. Insert the POS Go into the dock to display a QR code and setup instructions.

Activating customer display:

1. Ensure you are logged into the same store and location on your POS Go as your main POS device.
2. Insert the POS Go into the dock to activate customer display mode, showing a QR code.
3. On your POS device, go to More > Connectivity > Set up hardware > Card reader > POS Terminal. Make sure all devices are on the same network and the POS Go is docked.
4. Scan the QR code on the POS Terminal using your tablet or smartphone camera to finalize the setup.
5. Upon successful connection, your POS device will show a message confirming it's Connected to the POS Terminal.
