Job took longer than expected due to some unforeseen complexities in the store's original code (this can happen). Regardless, the team went extra mile to make sure it was completed as per our original requirements and didn't ask to increase the price (despite all additional manpower required). Took all feedback that was provided and eventually delivered as per requirements.
