Conducted a User Experience workshop for Think Tank Photo, leading to theme optimization. We chose a new, streamlined design to boost site conversion and facilitate seamless day-to-day management for the internal team.

Revamped Charlie B's Canadian and US sites with Online Store 2.0, enhancing the sites' user experience and functionality for superior merchandising.
