10 years ago Gail moved to the other side of the industry by launching the label, Little Joe Woman.
We have 3 stand alone fashion boutiques in Australia as well as our on line boutique. Our online store with Shopify is now nearly 1 year old.

What are the key factors that have helped your store be successful?
Switching to the Shopify platform has been a big factor in our online growth. It enables our in house team of graphics and sales specialists to constantly update the look and feel of the website, keeping it fresh and relevant to our offering.
Being in the fashion business it is imperative that we are able to merchandise our site with our constant stream of new arrivals.

What are your top recommendations for new store owners?
It is vital to maintain communication with your customers. We have found that an online store is not so different from our physical boutiques and that there is now a blending of service.
By this I mean that customers phone or email inquiries re product. These queries are answered in store and sometime result in a store visit.
