Get up to 50% grant subsidy from PSG Singapore

Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a financial grant designed to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) kick-start their adoption of technology with pre-qualified IT solutions and equipment that enhances productivity. Shopify is a pre-approved IT vendor under the SMEs Go Digital Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) in Singapore.

To be eligible, your company needs to be registered and operating in Singapore with min. 30% local shareholding (Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents) and have annual sales turnover <S$100 million OR <200 employees. Your company will also need to use Shopify in Singapore. PSG eligibility can also be found here.

Only subscription fee for the annual plan and no other costs.

PSG supports up to 50%* of the actual qualifying cost incurred by the company for Shopify subscription only or the qualifying cost fixed in SGD for Shopify subscription only, whichever is lower. Qualifying cost, pre-determined by IMDA, refers to the supportable cost to be co-funded under the grant.

*From 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023, the support level was up to 70%. For eligible pre-scoped solutions under Food Services and Retail sectors, enhanced support level was up to 80% from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. From 1 April 2023 onwards, the maximum support level will be up to 50% for all sectors. For more details of the change, kindly refer to Enterprise Singapore website.

We advise all merchants to wait to receive approval before purchasing their Shopify plan.

You can choose to make payment before receiving the PSG Letter of Offer - however, in event you do not eventually receive the Letter of Offer, there will be no reimbursement from the Singapore Government. There will be no refund from Shopify.

PSG is only applicable for the annual plan subscription and requires upfront payment for the annual plan.

Once PSG is approved, as per Letter of Offer, merchant will need to inform Enterprise Singapore in writing if merchant wants to make any change to the PSG solution.
