Sign up for Flexport through the Shopify Fulfillment Network app to explore their services and pricing without commitment. You can easily test outsourcing fulfillment by sending only a few products to our partner. There's no minimum requirement to get started.

All you need is a Shopify store. There are no other requirements or order minimums to use the Shopify Fulfillment Network app. Find out more about our product eligibility.

You can install Shopify Fulfillment Network at no cost. Once installed, you can seamlessly connect your store to our partner, Flexport, and explore their platform at your own pace. You will only need to input your billing information when submitting your first inbound shipment.

Flexport owns and operates fulfillment centers and warehouses across the United States, providing affordable, nationwide coverage. Their network is designed for fast delivery while minimizing splits and maximizing efficiency.

All the warehouses are located in the United States. However, Flexport offers international delivery services. You can choose from standard or expedited shipping speeds to meet your customers' delivery expectations. With Flexport's clear and consistent pricing, you'll know your international costs upfront for countries worldwide.

You have two options for sending your inventory with Flexport:

1. Send your inventory to a single Flexport facility, and they will handle the distribution across their extensive fulfillment network. This ensures that your inventory remains strategically located closer to your customers, resulting in faster delivery times.
2. Alternatively, you can choose to send your inventory directly to one or more fulfillment centers using one or multiple shipments. This option allows your inventory to be available for fulfillment at the earliest possible time.

Installing the Shopify Fulfillment Network app is free and lets you sync Flexport data with your store at no extra cost.

Flexport offers affordable, competitive pricing that is based on a number of variables including product dimensions, product weight, units per order, desired delivery speed, inventory, and more.

For a limited time, eligible merchants can save 10% on their first batch of inventory.¹

Shopify merchants who are not currently using Flexport’s fulfillment services. If you are currently using Flexport Freight (but not fulfillment) and are a Shopify merchant, you are also eligible.¹

Eligible Shopify merchants save 10% off their fulfillment services and the discount is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All inventory must be inbounded and fulfilled by June 30, 2024 and savings will only be applied to inventory that has been fulfilled by this date. Flexport will apply the savings to the merchant invoice on a quarterly basis. All savings will be reflected by August 2, 2024. If a merchant does not outbound inventory by June 30, 2024, that inventory will be fulfilled at Flexport's standard, competitive rates.¹

It costs less to put a product in your customers’ hands when two or more items arrive together. Those savings are passed on to you to help you take advantage of large orders.

No minimums or contracts required. By connecting with Flexport through the Shopify Fulfillment Network app, you’re never locked into long-term agreements.

No. Our partner Flexport has negotiated preferred rates with a range of carriers already, which keep your costs low.

Flexport works with a range of regional and national mail carriers. Once a customer places an order from your store, Flexport will choose the best carrier to ensure a timely delivery, and make automatic arrangements with the chosen carrier.

Flexport offers international delivery services. You can choose from standard or expedited shipping speeds to meet your customers' delivery expectations. You'll know your international costs upfront for countries worldwide.

No. Flexport's network does not support inserting any marketing material during the packing process. However, Flexport is happy to ship products on your behalf that have those materials pre-packed already.

Yes, you can connect your Shopify store with a wide range of sales channels using apps like Shopify Marketplace Connect. All imported orders will then automatically synchronize with Flexport for efficient and streamlined fulfillment.
