Shopify Collective for suppliers is available to stores that meet the following criteria:
- Based in the US and sell in US Dollars
- Have Shopify Payments activated
- Active on the Shop app and meet Shop Merchant Guidelines
- Made at least $50,000 USD in the last 12 months
Install Shopify Collective for suppliers. It’s currently free with your Shopify plan. If you have multiple Shopify stores, select the eligible store to which you want the sales channel installed.

Get started by introducing yourself to retailers who you’d like to sell through, or by inviting your existing retail partners to connect with you on Collective. Once connected, create price lists to make specific products available to specific retailers, with margins that you decide.
Yes! You control who you partner with, and which products each retailer has access to. Use your price lists to add or remove product access at any time, and to set or update your cost prices and retail prices.

If you’re already working with retailers, invite them to connect with you on Collective, and streamline your workflows in your Shopify admin.

Collective’s Discovery feature is automatically turned on if you meet requirements. This makes your products and store discoverable to retailers, and they can request your pricing and invite you to connect. You can choose to turn this off in your app’s Settings if you don’t want to show up in search results.
You can set up custom shipping rates and zones for your Shopify Collective orders, choosing where you ship to and how much you charge your retailers for shipping orders to customers in these zones.

When a retailer imports your products for the first time, a custom shipping profile is created in their store, with shipping rates that match yours in Shopify Collective. If you use automatic payments, your custom shipping rates are automatically added to retailers' payments for each Shopify Collective order.
