How did you earn your first sales? Which channels are now generating the most traffic and sales for you?
I started on Etsy, however I wanted more control over my own shop and brand so after 4 successful years on Etsy I moved over to Shopify and opened our first online store which accomodates both our wholesale and retail sales now!
Tell us about the back-end of your business. What tools and apps do you use to run your store? How do you handle shipping and fulfillment?
We use Stitch Labs for Inventory, Shipstation for Shipping (this has been a huge time saver) . We use Shopify Product Reviews, Shopify Facebook Store. Fulfillment has been easy with the seamless integration between our inventory and shipping apps!
What are your top recommendations for new ecommerce entrepreneurs?
The sky is the limit and there are numerous ways to have your Shopify store have the look and feel for your brand! It also has everything you need for behind the scenes! We have found as we have grown we just look at our store or apps and there is something to assist us and save us time in the backend of our shop, allowing us time to market, brand and create!
